• Any incorrect or damaged order has to be reported within 24 hours of your order arrival 
  • If a product is found to be damaged as a result of shipping handling you will have the options of either a replacing product or a refund including the shipping fees
  • For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept a return of perishable items unless Deluxe Caviar has shipped an incorrect item
  • If you received a damaged item please save the packaging of your order as it is subject to Courier inspection
  • All requests for returns & refunds must be submitted in writing to info@deluxecaviar.com.au with a full description & photos where possible
  • If an incorrect address was provided during the ordering process or if the order was refused or undeliverable the item will be re-shipped at your cost, alternatively you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs
